To date, more than 260,000 Melvin Jones Fellowships have been given to honor Lions and non-Lions. Through CSFII, MJF funds not only honor humanitarian service, they are humanitarian service.

Through CSFII, the good work of an MJF or Progressive MJF does not end when it is presented. By designating your club’s MJFs to CSFII, the sight of 167 individuals can be saved since US$6 is the average cost to save one person's sight through Lions' SightFirst program.

Can MJFs be designated to CSFII?
Yes, all MJFs and payments toward MJFs are CSFII eligible.

How can I be ensure my MJF is designated to CSFII?
Simply check the box on the RC-1 form indicating that you would like your CSFII donation to be applied toward an MJF and also indicate this in the “Special Instructions” portion of the MJF application.

Do I need to send my entire MJF contribution at one time?
No. MJF contributions can be made as one-time payment or in several installments.
